All the prices on our website are in Euro.
Stock shortages
We aim to keep accurate records of stock on the website but if your item is no longer in stock we will contact you with details of when you can expect your order to arrive. You can of course choose to cancel your order if you are unhappy with an extended delivery time.

Security / Privacy
This privacy policy outlines how we deal with any personal data you provide to us while visiting this website. If you are not happy with our privacy policy you should not use this website. By visiting this website, you are accepting the terms of this privacy policy.
We respect your privacy and only hold information required to process your orders. The information we ask of you through the checkout process is the minimum required to process your order. We do not hold or store any payment information details, including credit card numbers or bank details.
We ask you to provide a contact telephone number so that we can contact you if there is any issue with an order you have placed. We do not make sales phone calls and will only ever call in relation to an order.
Shipping & Returns
Personalised items can not be returned unless there is a spelling error or defect in materials. Personalised or customized goods are exempt from returns in the EU Distance Selling Regulations unless faulty.
Faulty goods can be returned to SweetBaby.ie by the customer, we aim to make this process as simple as possible. Faulty goods can be returned within 7 working days of receipt for credit, exchange or a full refund. Returns must be made in original packaging in an ‘as new’ state.
When you place an order with SweetBaby.ie you are agreeing to a 3rd party delivering your order. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.
