Shipping and Returns

Personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a spelling error or defect in materials. Personalised or customized goods are exempt from returns in the EU Distance Selling Regulations unless faulty.

Faulty goods can be returned to SweetBaby.ie by the customer we aim to make this process as simple as possible. Faulty goods can be returned within 7 working days of receipt for credit, exchange or a full refund. Returns must be made in original packaging in an ‘as new’ state.

When you place an order with SweetBaby.ie you are agreeing to a 3rd party delivering your order. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.
